You can run a job with multiple locations.
The Data Explorer platform allows you to run a job using thousands of locations. While there is no real limit on the number of locations, the number and size of locations used will directly impact how long it will take a job to process. Jobs run on many large sized locations (must select "allow large polygons") or millions of smaller locations may have issues processing and could potentially time out. However, most clients don't usually run into any issues.
